Job Focus
Reach Your Employment Goals
If you have a disability or have had a workplace injury, Job Focus is an employment service designed for you. We offer one-on-one flexible services to help you work towards full or part-time employment, volunteer work, or self-employment. You will be supported as you plan and search for employment. This program is offered at no cost.
Phase One:聽Planning for Work
You will work closely with our staff on researching occupations, the local job market, setting specific goals, and then developing an action plan which may include training options. Access to assistive technology and disability supports is available.
Phase Two: Searching for Work
We鈥檒l work with you to conduct a job search until you find the right fit. After you find employment, we may be able to follow up and support you for up to one year to help guarantee successful job retention.

You Qualify If:
- You have a self-declared disability or workplace injury
- You’re legally entitled to work in Canada and not currently receiving EI
- You’re looking for employment and need some help along the way
- You are located in New Brunswick
